Process accounting adjustments, conduct analysis of data, identify trends, determine root causes, provide reports as appropriate for claim teams, and ensure quality improvement.

â¢ Handle all necessary correspondence appropriate for the adjustment/overpayment (e.g., follow-up letters for claim overpayment)
â¢ Perform refund transactions
â¢ Adhere to quality improvement initiatives

The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.

âœOn no account will Employer accept to shoulder costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Work/ Resident Permit Papers of Employee before Work sign-on. 9.0UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES

The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance before expatriates embark on journey to assume duty.

This is to enable expatriates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.

Employees (Expatriates) are to note that 1MONTH UPFRONT SALARIES are paid as soon as Employees Procure and Process the relevant Resident/ Work Permit Documents from the Benin Immigration Services and submit same to the company for Verification.

All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in BENIN shall be 75% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid locally in BENIN.

This is in line with the Benin Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

10.0FEEDING & ACCOMODATION

All Employees are expected to reside at the Companyâ™s Staff estate. There are Single Bed-room and Flat options for Employees to choose from. Employees are entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff canteens. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.

11.0MEDICAL EXPENSES

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.

12.0OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER

Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available.

Phones: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

Cars: Employer will provide an official car MAZDA 626 LX for Senior/ Chief Staffs. Also they shall always be a standby Air Conditioned Coaster Bus to transport ordinary staffs from the Companyâ™s Estate to work Metropolis.

13.0SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.

All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Oil & Gas Sector.

14.0TELECOMMUNICATION/ INTERNET FACILITIES

There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.

Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service
Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.

15.0ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.

16.0DOCUMENTS PROCESSING VISA, WORK/ RESIDENCE PERMIT

The Employee is requested to contact the below office who shall be responsible for the process or his or her Valid Benin Work/Residence Permit Visa and then should forward same to the HR of BENOC for Verification and authenticity confirmation.
Hence any expenses incurred during this process shall be refunded to the candidate in not less than 5 working days of arrival to Benin.

I am not trying to bid on my own items. If ebay shuts down one of my accounts for the items I sell, I want to have others as back ups. DISABLE INTERNET BROWSER ADD-ONS/PLUG-INS

Each Internet browser comes with optional upgrades or enhancements

Okay, I did a stupid thing, I have a low level character in 30's (my very first one) on World of Warcraft and wanted to catch up to my son who has been playing for 1 year. I paid a service to level me up 4 levels so that I could do quests with him and also get a Mount so that I wouldn't have to spend hours walking in the game trying to get to places. Well, only hours into the service power leveling me, I received a Suspension Email from Blizzard for 72 hours pending investigation. I am so upset. It wasn't worth the money or trying to go up that small amount of levels. I believe what has happened is Blizzard has software that detects IP addresses of people. And, if you are logging in say in Florida and the Power leveler accesses your account from California that sends up red flags to Blizzard and hence they suspend the account. So now my question is, once I get my account back (in 72 hours I hope), how do I level up 3 levels? Any guides suggestions? Thanks and I apologize to Blizzard!

Angel - That's okay, :) I am a mom. LOL! I am Alliance Human Warrior. I was doing quests in Dustwallow Marsh but I got to a point that the beasts are at level 40 and I can't do that high by myself, so now I am back in Stranglethorn Vale, but having the same problem, I need to get Kurzen's head in the Stockpile, and can't go in that cave by myself. It's hard doing quests by myself, and its harder to find people, I am not in a Guild.
Woodmutt -- honestly, I didn't know. And, like most of us, when we join forums on the internet, we all quickly scroll to the bottom of the Terms & Conditions and click the "accept terms" of use. I figured it was the usual "no spamming" and "no vulgar language." So, I just clicked away. Also, when I was searching WOW and quest strategies on the internet, is how I came across these sites that provided this leveling service and the one I chose never mentioned anything about it being in violation of Blizzard's rules. So, no, I didn't know, but now I do, and I learned the hard way. I just hope I get my account back and able to play with my son.

I am an online student.. one of the classes I am taking is Peachtree Complete 2007. I have been trying to install the software that came with my book onto my laptop. I have followed all instructions to a "T" from out of the book, the internet, the disk, my instructor.. about turning off firewalls and antivirus.. I have "allowed" all of the needed files as exceptions on Windows Defender. I download Peachtree onto my computer.. once I do, and the shortcut comes up on my desktop, I will double click it and I get the following error message:

Click the learn more button for information about upgrading your current version of Peachtree" When I click on OK it doesn't do anything at all. When I click on LEARN MORE it takes me to the peachtree website to download a patch because I am running Vista. I have tried all ways with the patch also.. I am looking for a service, or a software, that will take a document formatted in MS Word, and turn it into HTML that will preserve--quite closely--the original formatting, without all the horrible MS Word HTML tags in it. The document does have some stuff like tables in it, but NOT for laying things out side by side (a big pain!); it is just that some of the text is within table cells, for some reason. I specifically instructed that the people who made it NOT do side-by-side layout.

I am aware that formatting for email is harder to control than for HTML, and I am not an expert in it. I would love a software or service that would convert it for me. I am also aware that the new version of Outlook made things much harder for everybody. The solution would need to take into account the various major email programs, while trying to look at least okay in almost all email programs.
